Cas-Lin manufactures construction solutions utilizing our certified state-of-the-art SIPs (structural insulated panels). Our construction solutions can be used to build homes, commercial buildings, and warehouses - or any type of structure normally built using traditional construction methods and materials.
Our products are perfect for a variety of applications, such as:
- Floor panels: Solid, quiet and warm floor systems suitable for a variety of structures. Floor panels are easily sealed and well insulated to replace the use of concrete.
- Wall panels: Cohesive wall systems with outstanding strength and insulating properties, engineered to minimize thermal bridging. Cas-Lin panels are manufactured up to 8’x24’ in a factory controlled environment. They are available in a variety of profiles, colors, sizes, and finishes.
- Roof panels: Roofing guaranteed to offset the tremendous amount of heat loss which occurs in structure roofs. Roof panels are manufactured to your exact specifications and installed with the use of a crane.
- Utilidors: Underground or above-ground utility corridors to carry utility lines with utmost efficiency and safety. Piping utilidors and valve boxes can all be constructed with pre-insulated Sure-Loc panels.
- Permawalks: Hallway floor and roof panels utilized to join modular structures that form camp dormitory complexes. Panels are light-weight and easily installed with two laborers versus stick build construction at remote sites.
- FRP panels: Panels may be factory laminated on one side with FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic). CFIA & USDA accepted coatings are available and approved for food grade facilities. Pre-fabricated FRP panels are hygienic and easy to maintain and clean. Material Data Sheets (MDS) are available for the steel facings.
