BASF foam provides a closed-cell content of greater than 90 percent. The foam is virtually impermeable to air thus blocking moisture, and vapour which improves your energy efficiency.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) has shown that 15 percent of traditional insulation materials’ effectiveness is lost due to convection loops through and behind board and batt systems. Cas-lin spray-applied polyurethane foam eliminates this by forming a fully adhered, seamless insulation and air barrier system.

No mold: Did you know closed-cell foam is approved by FEMA for use in flood regions? The use of Cas-Lin polyurethane foam insulation eliminates moisture and condensing surfaces.
